Help Where do you set the alarm briefing settings?

I believe it gets your location from GPS (or any other location services you might be using.

The first time you set a briefing alarm, it asks you what country to use for the news. If you didn't set that up, you might have to delete your alarm and re-do it.

I tried setting a new one and it didn't let me adjust any settings. Any other ideas?

Try going into the phone settings, go to applications, find the clock app, and clear all data for it.
