I usually bounce from Cyanogen to MIUI and now the only one available are these GB ones that don't seem very stable .. Just trying to figure out what happened?
I'd say it's time to upgrade to .602 or .605 and enjoy the increased speed that the GB kernel gives. I swap back and forth between stock, MIUI, and CM7 with ease now that they're all on the same kernel. All are extremely stable now. Try it and love it.
okay maybe im just messed up on my terminology......... The cyanogen mod and MIUI i've used have been .. you sbf to 2.3.34 .. root. and install.... or has everything moved to GB.. which Now i just flash the prerooted .602 sbf and install it ?

The dev RevNumbers on rootzwiki has been making custom builds of CM4DX using the 602/605 kernel. Its performance is far superior to the official builds. MIUI has officially switched to the 602/605 kernel and it too is much better then the older froyo-based buids. So, yes, SBF to 602, root, and install one of these ROMs.
you dont have to sbf to anything, it all depends on what version you are on currently, if your on .340/.588/.596
then just flash the prerooted .602 ota and works the same way
