Help Where is my bandwidth going

My service just renewed on the 17th, and today I get a message from Virgin saying I have used 85% of my 2560mb usage. I dont really even use 3g bacause its pretty much worthless in my area, yet I have seemed to magically use 2000+mb. Has this been an issue with anyone else?
 
I would suggest contacting virgin mobile. It's almost certainly an error on their behalf. One month I received several messages telling me that my monthly payment was due in two days, right after it had actually renewed. Usually the erroneous messages don't affect service, but better safe than sorry.
