Root Where is Task Manager in the file system?

I rooted my Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Android 3.2) to get rid of all those apps that pop up when you press the up-arrow on the System Bar. My company uses these tablets for a dedicated industrial app and anything else is just a distraction. I was able to find and remove the .APK's for all the widgets except the Task Manager. Where is it?

Also, now that I'm root are there any other mods I can make to the System Bar? All I need are the Back and Home buttons.
