Where is that update?

So anyone have any clue where that SF update is? Thought we were in line to get a maintenance update, yesterday or today. Did anybody get anything pushed to their phone?
 
Its been all speculation when we are getting the update... could be tomorrow or next month. A good sign is that it has been announced by Verizon (for what that is worth). Now someone just needs to hit the Go button to OTA it. Still haven't heard if anyone has received it yet...

NOPE !! Been checking every couple hours since I first heard about it. I had the phone a little over 2 weeks and after reading all this stuff about broken promises as far as an update goes worries me. I hope I made the right move by getting this phone. I have another week to make my final decision.

well, it seems in the other threads MANY of those waiting have been receiving it...so just keep the faith :)

Welcome to the forums.

If you begin to feel that you've made a wrong move by getting the Fascinate, have a look in the other device forums here (or at any forum site, Blackberry, iPhone, Palm) before deciding on something else; you'll see users everywhere expressing disappointment over this or that issue and wishing they'd went for this or that other device.

It seems to go with the territory of smart phones. ;)

Just double checking, when you try to "force" the update (which I assume you're doing), are you making sure you're not connected to WiFi? You can only initiate the DL over 3G. (Which I personally think is particularly stupid, but I'm sure they have their reasons)

Also, don't trust what the "Status" button tells you. I hit status this morning and it said "Error: 403 Service Unavailable", then I hit the "Check Update" anyway for S&G and low and behold the update message popped up.
