Help Where is the full page ad coming from?

Does anyone know what App is causing this? Once in a while, I get a full page ad with an X on the corner. I get that with this tablet and also my Galaxy S4 as well. It's annoying. My wife has an S4 as well but it doesn't happen on hers. So it has to be an app that's causing that right?

Anyone had this problem?

By trial and error, I have figured out that the cause of the full page ad is coming from Text Plus.

Also Google I notice if you opt out on the ads you Dont get them and some URLs and web sites are doing this automatically now . even if you can stop it from the host file . many sites just have it.
