Help Where is the "insert common phrase" menu option in Messaging?

Just got new Admire cuz Huawei died. Where is the "insert common phrase" menu option in Messaging. On my Huawei, you could just quickly reply with a common phrase in a text like "Driving, call me." Can't find it anywhere in Admire. Thanks.

When in your messaging app, hit the left hard button(next to the home button) and there will be a "quick text" option
