Where is the Samsung Function Forum?

Right. But the Attain is for ATT.

The Function is for Verizon. Just last week, the forum was there. Now it is missing.

This is definitely incorrect. Attain is NOT the same device.

They are as follows:
AT&T Attain
Verizon Function
Sprint Within

They are NOT the same devices. They are all variants of the SGS2 going on different carriers.

You're right, same device on different carriers means differences that are important, especially when the device is locked (don't know if any of these mentioned are).
