Where to buy an unlocked Mini in USA?

Where can I buy an SGS4 Mini in the USA that is unlocked but with support and a warranty? I see some on Ebay that have no warranty and likely no-one will ever upgraded the Android. And Google Play does not carry the Mini. As my phone I have the SGS4 Google Play Edition but wifey says that one is too big for her. Any suggestions?

Buy one for the carrier she uses. Why does it have to be unlocked?

If you still want an unlocked one, first get the model number of the one you want - one that has the radios for the carrier she uses. (Only the 9195 and 9197 have 4G.) Then shop on the internet for that model, unlocked, with a warranty.

I got my S4 Mini free from Rogers [Canada] - just had to sign a two year contract. Easy peasy.

We use Orange in UK and ATT or T-Mobile in USA.

You can buy it in your local Samsung Authorized Store. I don't believe you can buy a good quality phone on ebay. Most of the phones on ebay are refurbished. Think twice before buying....
