Help Where to buy Samsung S3 unlocked?

Where can I buy a Samsung S3 unlocked with the Snapdragon processor? I ordered one from Amazon but the company sent me the wrong one. I'm on Consumer Cellular so I need an unlocked phone. I can set the MMS settings (such as the proxy) on such a phone, right? (Consumer Cellular uses a different proxy than AT&T for MMS).

That quad-core you got should work. Just change to the appropriate APN settings. The proxy is something like proxy.mvno.ccmobileweb.com. Others w/AT&T devices got it working w/settings provided by CC.

Other than the I9300, I don't know any other S3 that comes unlocked "out-of-the box". There are after-mkt sol'ns to unlocked a dual-core.

Is this true? Amazon seems to list an unlocked S3 with Snapdragon which is what I tried to order. Can someone verify that you can't get Snapdragon unlocked? If so, are they going to sell it in the future?

I sent the GT-I9300 back since it doesn't have good LTE. Maybe I should just buy an iPhone 5 which I really don't want to do. How is the LTE on that?
