where to find the extract sub?

If you unzip a zip file and find an rar file in it, it's like someone putting letter into an envelope, sealing it, then putting the envelope into larger envelope and sealing it.
Click (or double-click, depending on the program) on the rar file and it'll open into the files in it. (Or into another zip or rar file that you have to open, etc., etc. Some people just like playing games.) Eventually you'll find the files you're looking for, or you'll find a note telling you that it was a trick.
