Help Where to purchase S3 without contract?

Hey guys, I have to have S3 phone , however, I am not due for discount from Verizon for the next year. Hence, I am planning to purchase Samsung GS3 out of contract. I understand that all carriers will be selling these phone outright, but I was wondering if anyone knows if we can pre-order these phones under discounted price?

I am not looking for the low $199 price that one would get with the 2 years contract. I am looking for the place to get the phone outright - without contract and pay less than what Verizon is going to sell it for ($599 without contract for 16Gb).

Yes, ebay is the only place that seems to have these phone on "pre-order" sale below Verizon prices. However, I was hoping to find a more reliable online store to purchase the phone and know that I will for sure get it the week of the 7/10th. I will purchase on ebay if I don't find any other reliable online sources.
