Apps Where to start learning Android? Total Newbie

Hi,

I am a total newbie to android programming.

I have bits of past coding experience in html, php (which is not considered as programming by many!)

I'd like to start with video tutorials(prefrably) or books.

Only thing is that android world is changing so fast, all stuff I am getting on youtube etc is old and newer versions and concepts have been already developed.

Some one can suggest a up-to-date youtube, lynda, udemy etc course?
Or a latest book?
