Hello all! I have a note 4 and want to program my own notification when i get a call or Text message... I'm looking to do a sound and animation from hibernation screen. I have not downloaded any of the SDK's or programs to jump into the note yet and would like to get some guidance on where to start. I do have some programming knowledge and can get threw learning what i need for this. Thanks guys...
