Help Where's the Quiet Mode ??

I thought Quiet Mode was only wiped from phones when Google let Lollipop 5 out of it's cage- and supposedly returned with 5.1. I had the app on my S3 ( with Omnirom 4,4,4), but find it is not present on my new Note 4 ( 4.4.4). I found that app very handy.

Using Blocking Mode- blocks everything except who you want to be contacted by. I certainly do not want to be disturbed by anyone between say 11.00 pm and 08.00 am. Only family is set up to be allowed. And any family phone calls in middle of night are usually bad news.
