Wheres the T9 keyboard in 4.3

Just upgraded from xperia T to Z1 compact. The abc T9 keyboard is no longer there. Can anyone tell me where it is? Tried the app store. Downloaded loads of different alternatives but can't find a good one like my old xperia T.
