Help Which Ace apps can I remove from Internal

Can anybody say authoritively which 'system apps' can be removed from IM without compromising the OS, please?

I am keen to find out what apps and other factors cause my Ace's 'system memory' (/system) and 'internal memory' (/data)to fill up so dramatically. Thanks to the wonders of Links2SD, I have all possible apps sunning themselves on the wide open spaces of my SD card, yet the IM, until I wiped the Dalvik cache, edged around 4MB and this seemed to be interfering with downloading apps and mail.

The /system memory is currently '2% free'. Is this an issue?

I got this list for the CM rom, couldn't find for stock, although most of the apps in here are similar to those in the stock and some might have just a little bit different names, just have a look,
Barebones - CyanogenMod Wiki

you'll atleast know which ones not to delete.

Many thanks, Ayush.

This is just what I was looking for (why didn't I think to look there first, he said, berating himself). My ROM is not stock either, being a 'nightly' of GalaxyICS's latest attempt, so I have a slightly different list to deal with. Their file manager is a cut-down version of OI's, yet when I removed my copy of OI File Manager another app which depends on recognising OI failed to do so. Now I can throw their version out and use the original!

Another thread might be to find the best replacements - should I need them - for the throw-outs...

Actually you can replace any app that you want, just make sure that the new app is compatible with your system and ALWAYS have a backup ready incase things don't go as planned.
