Which Android Phone ? Help needed

My main requirements are:

Strong phone (I tend to drop my phone a lot)
No flip keyboard
Good Speaker (I listen to a lot of podcasts)
Good Battrey life ideally I do not have to charge every day
Power Supply needs to be via USB
I would like to buy from ebay.co.uk or ebay.de

Question, is there a GSM version of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx? Preferably one that supports AT&T 3G bands?

I would also have to say Droid Razr Maxx and I don't think there is an equal battery life phone @ ATT

What carrier are you on? Do you want one unlocked?
What you want describes almost all Android phones.
And of course I didn't read your whole post.
It sounds like this is your first smartphone. All of them will have to be charged daily unless you don't use it. Something to get used to. The rest will apply to most other phones.
