Which Android version have Internet passthrough?

[blacat]

Hello!

I just downgrade from Android 4.0.3 IceColdScream because it havent most of important feature -Connect to PC -Internet passthrough (something like Reverse tetering, but free & very relialble) unfortunatelly after installing Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread I discover that Internet passthrough is dessapeared!?

My questions: on HTC Desire HD A9191 -2010
1. Which Android official ROM versions (from 2.0 till 4.0) have working Internet passthrough? Is this feature completely deleted ( so now only WiFi) or
2. It only exsiting on old Android versions (like 2.3 GingerBread or less?) or
3. Some smart, clever persons can install it in the Custom buld ROM?

Thank you, very much!
(The internet access is very important, without it mobile is just talking Bricket, i hope its not very big problem)

I know it's a standard feature of HTC Sense 3.0. I'm not sure if standard Android has the feature or if it's in any previous versions of Sense. See if you can get Sense 3.0 on your phone and it should be there.

Internet Passthrough is a standard Sense features, so you must try ROMs with Sense 3.0/3.5 to have that feature. ROMs like Android Revolution HD (ARHD) may be a good choice (I am currently using it now on my Sensation, so I can tell you that passthrough is working perfectly).
