hey thanx for your reply, my frnd took my phone (google nexus,ics)
when he gave it back, on top right corner, i see list of running processes.
how to remove this??ps:
i even tried to drag it and long clicked on it but no options are firing up!

Weird ... did you try to restart the phone yet?

ya restarted the phone , but still it's there

You might try Android's Save Mode, in this mode the phone starts only with systems apps and you could look after the app which caused this displaying.

Other thinking: Did you look on the recently installed/updated apps?
Play Store, Menu, My apps, the tab All.

You may see an app which you didn't install by yourself.
