Which app notification is this please?

Does anybody know what the notification next to WhatsApp is please? Partner has previously been caught out on plenty of fish by accidently sending me screenshots and now I've seen this twice. His phone is a xiaomi.

Yup same here, I had Duolingo for my tablet on forever, but it was more of a dark theme, so my mind was not so used it doing the shadow..
