Which App?

Hey all, pretty new here.
Saw this weird app with lips and "cute" under it on my girlfriends phone. Now I don't want to go through her stuff. But I am wondering if it's something worth worrying about. Does anyone know where it's from?

so we get this question almost daily here. there are millions of apps that are offered on the play store. each with their own notification icon. if you add websites that can send notifications to your phone, that is a million or so more icons. you might get lucky and someone might recognize it, but most of these threads go unanswered fully........so the only tru way of knowing what that icon is is to look into the phone's notifications.

with that said i might take a guess that it might be this:
