Which application uses this heart notification

My gf sent me a screenshot, and I couldn't really ignore that symbol. Does anybody knows which app uses that notification?

There are countless icons and unless someone here is familiar with the one in question, and that is quite unlikely, we can't help you. Asking the source of a screenshot is your best avenue. Good luck.

I found two potential related apps through a reverse image search: Boddle Learning & Sayes.

Sayes shows that icon in their screenshots on the play store. Not sure why it's in the image search for Boddle. But keep in mind it could also be neither of those apps. The only way to know for sure is to just ask your gf.
