Which Battery App?

Which battery app works best with the EVO LTE or which one works best with ICS?
Reason I'm asking is because ICS is fairly new and I not sure if one battery app has been developed for ICS.
Or is one not needed with the LTEVO.

Battery Monitor Widget works fine on my HTC One X with ICS
...and supports EVO 4G LTE too

Moved to app section to get more input from others. There are other handsets that use ICS and this is a better place to get more ideas on apps.

That said, I use what harry uses.. Battery monitor widget pro is an awesome battery app. dev updates frequently and he also listens to your feedback. definitely smoke it over.

"Battery Indicator" adds a 'percentage indicator' and it also has a link 'view battery us'.

I use Battery Notifier (Big Text), which show the battery percentage in, you guess it, big text in the notif bar.

I use Easy Task Killer and Extended Battery. Same developer, always saves my battery. Also has different modes so you can choose how to optimize the battery. Very helpful.

I've read several posts here that say task killers are a bad idea. I did have (and may still have-I can't remember) advanced task killer on my phone but I never use it to kill tasks-only to see what is running (like if an app freezes I look to see if it's running still when it normally doesn't run in the background).

Thanks for of the ideas. I'll check them out. I too was under the impression that task killers did more to ruin battery life rather than save them.

You are right about task killers

Battery Monitor Widget is monitoring the battery's state in %, charging/discharging current, voltage, temperature and shows them in graph by time.

... and most popular feature like all battery apps: Battery's state in % at the notification bar
and if you want, you might add battery's temperature and current

Battery Dr saver+a task killer would be the most ideal app for most ICS mobiles.

After some research I am trying "GSam Battery Monitor". It seems to be decent battery monitor and analyzer.

dont use task killers.

your display is what eats up most of your battery (50% of it). so switch to a dark theme and turn down brightness.

Improved my battery life by max 5% by doing this.
