Which carriers does F6 support?

Hi,
I know that LG Optimus is for MetroPCS and T-Mobile.
But I want to buy a simcard from Sprint. Is there any way that I can use Sprint simcard with my F6 ?
What other carriers does F6 Support ?

As far as I know, most of the prepaid services work, as long as they support the GSM netowrk

Straight Talk
Boost Mobile
Virgin Mobile
MetroPCS
T-Mobile

Not sure about Sprint, though, but Straight Talk is a good deal, and so is Boost with the shrinking bill if paid on time. You can effectively lower your plan to $35 a month unlimited.

Also be aware you have to service unlock your phone. I used -> http://www.mobileunlocked.com/

So I can't use other carriers (Boost,vigin,straight,....) other than MetroPCS till i unlock my phone?

Correct. You need to Service Unlock it. Otherwise when you put your new SIM card in, you won't be able to register on your network, even with the correct APN settings.

My phone is unlocked, I may switch to boost soon..depends on how things go. I need voice customer support, it helps to negotiate discounts on your bill when things go wrong. Heh!

I'm 99.9999999% sure this phone will only work on GSM Networks such as T-Mobile & possibly AT&T and their affiliated MVNOs.
Here's a few resources that should help you determine the best fit for you:

Once I read in this forum than someone got the unlock code with 1 dollar. Do you know where I can get the code for a cheap price?
Thanks

Right ... there's a bright line separating GSM and CDMA technologies, and neither the twain shall meet.

GSM: AT&T, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket
GSM uses the mini-SIMs, which make switching networks and handsets easy. Battery life is slightly longer because of the pulse-nature of its transmission, and 90-plus percent of the wireless networks outside the U.S. are GSM.

CDMA: Verizon, Sprint, Virgin, Boost, TracFone, Consumer Cellular

I just unlocked mine for $1.29 from eBay.
I use AirVoice Wireless, an ATT mvno.
You can use this phone with any GSM carrier that allows you to bring your own phone.

I have had Straight Talk for 3 years and purchased a Samsung Galaxy 2 for over $300. I wanted to give it too my grandson in Louisiana and switch to AT&T but Straight Talk said they can't unlock phones purchased prior to 2014. I am now out all the money I spent for this phone and it's unless I use Straight Talk again and now I'm way to upset to do that. So beware of Trac Phone and Straight Talk.
