How i understand, this ROM is fully STOCK and for A2SD+ i need another update to the rom yes?

Apps2sd+ is only for rooted devices.

The RUU you linked is official stock. It will wipe your phone to a new, out-of-the-box state.

No, i whant it to be like stock but with the posibility of Nandroid backup and A2SD, maybe something else if there is something ... there are a few custom roms that i have noticed everybody talking about (cyanogen, ledroid, modaco), but i dont know the differences between them and wich one to chose.

MoDaCo Custom ROM (MCR) is also based on 2.29.405.5
Cyanogen is AOSP and is based on stock Android
