Root Which kernel has the best signal?

I currently use an lg-p500 and is on O2 ROM. I tried other roms but I don't get signal. It turns out that I only have signal on the stock ROM but I got tired after 2 years of using it. Thanks ^^.
 
It's not the kernel, it's the baseband.
The kernel is for booting your phone - baseband for signal

Unlock it, flash an unbranded (GB)ROM and install new baseband using LGMDP
