I have a Galaxy note and im running ICS. Iv heard lots about GoLauncher and Nova Launcher, whats better? do they improve anything on your phone other than how it looks?

Cheers

Nova Prime adds several features but keeps the ICS look. Go is very much its own launcher and allows a ton of features. Try them both as they're both free (Nova has a free version).
I personally prefer Nova on my Nexus.

I've been using SPB Mobile Shell 3D on my phone and tablet. It's pretty slick, but it maintains none of the original look of Android.

There's no harm in trying out all the free launchers. Just uninstall them when you're done. It's all personal preference and none are really better than any other. I like Nova but that's just me.
