Help Which networks will be subsidized for this awsome phone!?

I had heard rumors this phone will be subsidized on ATandT is this confirmed? or simply a rumor? I am getting very excited but trying not to hold my breath.

That wasn't a rumor, that was fact. BUT in the last few days, Dell has removed the At&t links from their website. I suspect they are involved in a nasty legal fight right now, we may never see this device released in the US for some time to come.

I really haven't heard a sound out of Dell since last Tuesday (9 days ago). The last official words were it wasn't coming out in July.
 
I agree must be some legal BS going on between Dell and AT&T or I think Dell would come out and let us know what the hold up is. Shit by the time this thing gets released phones will be running 3.0.
