I use "Password Box" right now, but they will close at the end of this year (taken over by Intel TrueCrypt). And TrueCrypt will be $ 19,95 / year. I don't see me buying an subscription service yet.

I was thinking about "Safe in Cloud", Desktop is free and Android is $ 4,99 ... i guess. It is not an subscription service, though... it's a singular price for lifetime support.

As a Windows and Android user, i am looking for a service which runs across those platforms and is as convenient as Password Box was it for me till this year...

Has anyone done this step to another software, any suggestions?

Why not start a survey?

I use Keeper Password. It's free but won't let you sync to the cloud or across devices without a $30.00/year subscription.
I like it and subscribe only because I can share with other users such as my boss for passwords :) (for work related websites).

I use Keepass2 on Windows 10 desktop and Android phone. Shares the same database so the database file is just sync'ed between the two. No need to send to the cloud .....

Lastpass would be the obvious candidate... There is a subscription, but can also be used without it.

I have been using LastPass for well over a decade, so far just the free version does all I need.
Installed it on the cellphone as a trial, but decided to leave it off. I only have one bank website to log into, and that password is memorized.

everything else, I just let it auto login
