I have a samsung GreatCall3 phone, which phone is this. I would like to get a cover for it, but don't know if it is an android 3 or 4 style.

I'm not sure what you mean by "android 3 or 4 style"? Those sound like OS versions, but I can't see what that has to do with a cover.
When I googled "samsung greatcall 3" the commonest link seemed to be for this device. Is that your phone?

If you go into settings, about phone what does it say under model number? Try Googling that?
