Which phone?

Currently running a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 but my contract is due up soon, well I say soon I mean June. I definately want another android phone (obviously) but been out of the loop for a while. I have looked at the Galaxy S II but is there any others worth taking a look at.

The Galaxy S3 is supposed to be coming pretty soon with a quad core exynos processor. If you like Samsung, you might want to wait for that phone. If you're a fan of HTC, their HTC One X is going to come soon as well with a NVidia Tegra 3 quad core processor.

The S3 is supposedly going to be made of ceramic material (not te ones that you use for fancy cups and plates and pots) instea of plastic.
