Help which rom to use for flashed phone?

hi android forum crew. yes my join date and post count are low and yes i did search before posting this but i didnt see anything that was relevant to my dilemma. Anywho i was wondering since i just flashed my sprint galaxy s3 to metro which root rom should i use the sprint's or the metro's?

I know metro got their own s3 but i got the sprint one cheaper. so can anyone help me out or kindly point me in the right direction so i may do a butt load of reading before i brick this phone.
