Root which rom?

I finally rooted in because of the recent news that CM9 will be coming for the tbolt officially :D which rom should I use in the meantime? I want a sense rom just to keep everything working well. help?
 
I'm on Thunderstick Full-Blown and it's been great. Sense 3.0 and seems to get better battery life than stock. I'm still on the stock kernel, but I stopped by the forums today to find a new one...

True dat. Easily the best rom I have used and still use as my daily. Won't be unseated unless there are better ics roms in the future. I'm just glad I was able to download it, apparently very near the time they killed the link.

are there any known problems with it that are major?

why don't one of you upload it and host it somewhere? lol. i've been wanting to try it myself.

Sounds like a PITA. Or maybe you could buy an sd card and mail it to my place of employment with a pre-paid return envelope, then I could just mail you the rom back. I also modded the burntignition add-on to use the ics notification bar icons(but greyed out). It worked really well.
 
I just remember testing some of his later versions and this one makes my phone so very happy.

That and imoseyon's leankernel = stable, fast, great battery life for me.

so i'll gladly reupload... i just randomly picked that site... didn't realize it was one and done. (u sure it's not working? you can't request a link with email)?

anyone got a good site recommendation?
 
I requested it but it didn't work. Got the emailed link but it said link was invalid when I went to download. Also said link would only work once, so not sure if that is once for me or once for everybody.
 
I have been on liquid 3.2 for about a month now. I have it fully customized to my liking, and I think it is the overall best AOSP ROM available. Everything works and it is fully featured. I think sky raider is the best Sense ROM, it is actually probably more stable than stock, lol.

I have been using tasker to reboot my phone in the middle of the night, and have had no data issues, etc since.

I have a new kindle fire (rooted with a cm7 based Rom on it) and a new acer A200 (rooted with stock ICS). I guess I went a little nuts buying tablets last month, lol. So they are keeping my crack flashing urges met while I wait for ICS for the TB.
 
I put Liquid rom on my wife's htc thunderbolt, I love it and she seems to like it so far. :) I honestly haven't thoroughly tested it yet to see if everything works. I need to test the gps app, other than that everything appears stable. :)

i actually just deleted this one from my sd card but i still have 3.2.1 there. i might actually have 2.8 on my laptop. will have to check when i get home.

I think the dev erased their servers or something, then they never put the links back up. Now they've moved on to other devices.

I use 3.2.1 as my daily; I never got to try 2.8. Maybe you could upload it somewhere? ;)

np... been running it forever... haven't found another I prefer for a daily driver.

it's VERY stable... and i never worry about battery life anymore after tweaking kernel etc. as well.
