Root which stock rooted rom to get?

An X_5.x radio should work with it. Is that one what you're currently using? If not, why not see how your current radio works (assuming that's also a Froyo radio).

I just flashed this new radio today. Its working much better than my older one much better reception. Will have to see about the battery life.

This is my current set up (besides the old radio):

RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.29.405.5_Radio_32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27

Rooted via unrevoked

hboot .93

Then no worries - Teppic's ROM will be very similar to that, except it will allow some further (optional) tweaking and theming (if you load the version with init.d support, i.e. the one that doesn't come with a radio included - the other supports some but not all of the extras, and would reflash the radio as well). So if the 32.54 radio is working for you now, I would expect it to work just as well with that ROM.

I used that ROM for several months, never any problems.

Edit: just revisited the XDA thread, and it looks like only the older one had the radio included anyway.

Thanks.

I can also highly recommend teppic74's ROM as I was using it for the past 3 months before recently moving to an AOSP rom, Ginger Villain. During that time the performance was rock solid.
