I am in the market for a new tablet device and have narrowed my choices down to two different tablets, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and the Google Nexus 7 (will be my first tablet). I currently have an iPod Touch 4g 32gig and a LG Optimus M+ phone (just got into the tech stuff), since getting my phone I have stopped using the iPod and I plan on selling it. I have had it since it came out and there is still well over 18 gigs of available.
I like the GT2 because of the Micro SD reader but I have a driod phone with a card reader so all my music is on that. I like the Nexus because of the better hardware and newest version of android. I am also subscribed to Netflix so I won't have to keep movies on the device and if I do I can always swap out what movies I have on the device. I am a college student and would like to edit papers when I'm not new a computer and I'm sure both tablets would be just fine at that. I like to watch movies or tv shows on my phone but I hate that I have to hold it at a certain angel while I am laying down, I would also like to have the bigger 7" screen. How can I find some good apps to use like games and other neat apps?
I am most likely going to buy the Nexus 7 16gig but I just wanted to see what other people thought about my choice. Also will all the nexus devices come with the transformers movie and the $25 gift card for the play store or is that just for pre orders?
