White dust-like looking thing under my screen

I just received my samsung galaxy note 3 pink that I ordered from eBay.

Everything looks fine except there's a dust-like looking white thing under my screen. I can't seem to remove it.
Does anyone know what it is?

Hello furrykitty and welcome to Android Forums. I have no clue what you are seeing under your screen but it does not sound normal. It's a bit difficult to see exactly what that is but it appears to be something between the glass and the digitizer. Whatever it is...it should not be there. I don't know if you bought as is or new from eBay but if you aren't happy.. now is the time to try to resolve the problem. I'm certainly sorry for your hassle. I hope you will return to these forums and use the information here to better your user experience with your new Note 3.
