I have an htc one and i noticed that when i look at it from the side there is this white line i checked if powersaver was the issue but it wasent.what is it can i fix it

That sounds like a failing screen. If that's the problem, the only way to fix it is to replace the screen.
However, it could be something related to software or settings. For that you could try a factory reset. You'll have to search for your model's factory reset instructions. Often it is as simple as powering it off, then holding the Volume Up key while powering it on again.

Have you tried resetting your phone by pressing the power button and holding it for about thirty seconds? Otherwise, you could have a defective handset. You might want to contact your carrier if the problem persists.
