White Lines Horizontal Help Please!

I have a Alcatel One Touch from metro pcs... no problems at all, today... I removed the phone from the charger... right as I did that, the screen blinked & now I have white horizontal lines where everytime i unlock my phone, it blinks white... and im left with those lines, any answers appreciated! Thanks!

Well your only option would be to try and perform a factory reset, it's in the Settings under Backup and Restore.

If that doesn't work it seems to be a hardware issue and you would need to send it into the manufacturer or your carrier store to see what to do next.
