Help White screen with front camera

Hello,
I have a sumsung galaxy s4 black. After i replaced the headphone jack the front camera didn't work anymore. when i open it my screen turns white on all the camera apps.
I orderded a new front camera and replaced it but it still gives the white screen when i open the front camera.
I tried to start the device in safe mode but still... the white screen
Do you know what i can do to make it work again?

Scroll down to #11 and view of the front camera connector. Did you put that back correctly when you changed the headphone jack?

Yes i did put evertythinng in the right place. I watched a couple of example movies on youtube to to check it. Thanks
I just tried the factory reset and the front cam still does not work.

Try General Test Mode. Dial *#0*# and Touch Mega cam. If you don't see the front camera view operate or it's white - you have a bad connection or a fault in the circuit/logic board. You can procure new/used boards but you will have to get one that is dedicated if your phone is locked to your Telco as the software is for them.
