Help White X on my home screen

This just appeared today on my homescreen. Is it something with touch wiz or nova launcher?

Looks like you may have long pressed an icon and Nova thought you wanted to remove it. That's what that X is and it just got stuck. Move/long press something again, it should go away.

Ok thanks I added a widget then removed it and the x went away with it
