please anyone make new rom for us with free internet or we borrowe 2g plan and it giving 3g speed in 2g plan specialy rom for crack for free internet or 2g to 3g. who can done it lets see

This is something that we would want distributed here on Android Forums. I would also suspect that the carrier would limit you on their side.
