Help who doesnt have Ice Cream Sandwich ???

I dont have it yet , have not seen any message from Verizon. When I go to
"about phone-->check for updates" the phone just "keeps checking for update" and never stops.

can i call Verizon and have them do something to my phone or is the roll out
still going on???

I dont have it yet. but thats probably because I am still with the X and hoping for a 4th of July sale.

I have read, that you can pull it down now by going to settings and looking for update

Give it this week, it is a huge roll out. Not sure where you are located , but the East Coast Mid Atlantic has ALOT of power outages, cell issues from really bad storms this weekend. That may have an impact in some areas.
