3D ain't my style right now. Maybe for TV/Movies...not for a phone.

I do think 3D on a phone is just marketing! I mean we talk, text and surf on our phones, really no need for 3D?

The main part of having 3D on a phone is for taking pictures and making videos, from the way I see it (with the cool extra feature of being able to have apps that take advantage of it as well). The thing I like about phones and all of the "gimmicky" features that get put into them is the convenience they add.

"Four score and seven years ago" you had to either carry around tons of things (camera, phone, laptop, palm pilot or planner, and so on) or you had to choose which was more important for each occasion or event, where as now you can pretty much do everything with one device.

Most people won't get a new 55" 3D TV to replace the 55" regular TV they just bought. So these phones will give people the 3D experience for games and movies in smaller doses.
Also, those TV's require glasses so in this way the 3D phone has an edge over the 3D TV.

Depends on who you ask. I don't see the point. Doesn't mean that others don't though.

Yea 3D may not be all the hype that it is but the princple point is al the other major carriers offer one while, and also have GB worth of memory while i think are highest is 512 with the Bionic it just seams where getting the short end of the stick.

Don't watch TV or go to movies. Not interested in 3D. If others want it, I don't care.
What does bother me is that carriers will change plans accordingly and start assuming everyone wants it. Those that want it can pay extra for it. Those that don't want it shouldn't have to.

As Mobile use of 3D increases, OS's will make greater use of it
Certainly it would be great for gaming IMO

Far from a priority for me, I'm just hoping Tegra2 phones will be available for around €200 by Xmas

C'mon ZTE, they're only €10

True on the 3D i guess but it will still be nice to have the option to get one, it also seems That LG may have givien us weakest of there high-end phones!!!
