Help Whole phone is running slow

Lately my whole phone is acting weird and when I click on something it takes forever to load. Is it possible to get a virus or something from downloading apps? If not then what the heck is going on? Thanks

I would suggest that you Root your phone and Flash BROM on your Intercept!

This increases the speed/performance of your intercept!
