Root who's ready for android M

Not sure when Google will release it to nexus users but I'm sure when they do people will pick up the code and port it to our device. Wonder what will be in it feature wise
 
I bet it will damn near be impossible to root android m cause Google patched a lot of exploits and super su doesn't work out of the box unless you have a custom kernel made to support it so if you're planning to buy a android m phone do some reading 1st before you buy it if you want root.

SuperSU not working without a custom kernel isn't a new thing -

The developer preview of M is only available for devices that follow the standard Android rooting model so I'm not sure that exploit is the word you're looking for here.

Anyway, yeah, always learn what to expect for root while shopping. Agree 100%. :)
 
OK that's very interesting hopefully chainfire don't get stuck with all the work again. Looks like he busted his @$$ on lollipop to get it working
