Root why backlight?why?

I've been using pg's latest cm10 with Johnny's liquidsmooth for a week,I was very happy until I started to watch some movies,my battery dies so fast!I prolly did something wrong at flashing,or i have the backlight issue,can someone help me?thank you guys for your awesome work!

I was watching a movie on Netflix using WiFi ,now its even worst, I had 45 percent battery when I did the post ,after like 15 minutes is 22 percent!seems like is discharging 1percent every minute,please help

How long have you had phone? If it discharges battery that quick even with light usage (1% / 1 min), it's possible that you are having hardware (battery) problem than software. Somehow battery went bad about same time you falshed CM.

If it drains fast with different battery then it is software issue, either something's wrong with the app or it actually consumes lots of joices from the phone.
