Why Bloom.FM not working on Google N7 II ?

Hi friends,

Came across this article and want to try out this app but found out that it could not be used on N7 II

Does anyone know the reason?

it is due to Hardware or Licence issues?

also, if a app is not compatible why is it that we cant search for it in the app store via the tablet...

i need to go back to laptop/desktop to find out the real reason?

Looking at their website, it appears that it is limited to the UK. It is not available for loading here in the US.
