Why can't Tasker do what Root Call Blocker does?

Root Call Blocker seems like the only real call blocker in the sense that it blocks calls completely, i.e., it doesn't pick up the phone allowing the caller to hear you for 2-3 seconds, then hang up and it doesn't make my phone ring whatsoever.

Is there a way to do this in Tasker? If not, what is the best way to request this feature to the Tasker people?

i don't use this, and haven't tried it so cannot confirm success but, in tasker, can you not set profile as first context = state - phone- call - incoming. then task = phone - call block?
