I recently upgraded from a Samsung Acclaim to a Samsung Mesmerize (US Cellular). On the Acclaim, the doppler radar loops on my local tv station's website would never work. I figured that it was probably a flash issue and never thought much of it.
When I got the Mesmerize though, I went to the site and the loops all worked. I was like "Yippee!". That is until a few days ago when I went there and they didn't work. And they have remained non-working for me.
